Sports Links Central.com is a U.S.-based site
with an emphasis on major professional and amateur sports and sports
business entities largely based in the United States and Canada.
While certain firms, events, and publications that serve a global market
but are based outside of North America are included, we currently have no
plans to expand the site to take an in-depth analysis of foreign sports
leagues or foreign sports news.

Sports Links Central.com
aims to serve the market of business professionals and serious
observers and fans of the major
North American spectator sports. Sites that primarily serve the
participatory sports market sector will not be eligible for inclusion
on
Sports Links Central.com. Examples of entities that serve
the participatory market include, but are not limited to: Web sites
that focus on personal health or fitness; youth, intramural, or
recreational athletic leagues; non-tournament level bowling alleys,
golf courses, or tennis centers; ballparks, stadiums, or arenas not
used primarily for major or minor professional sports or major amateur
(including college) events; and participatory golf vacations. Some
exceptions, most notably fantasy camps aligned with professional teams
or athletes, will be included on the site. Such exceptions and
distinctions are at the sole discretion of the staff of
Sports Links Central.com.

- All sites must be significantly related
to the wide and varied sports world. Sites that devote a small
or insignificant portion of content to sports will not be included on
Sports Links Central.com.

- The categories included in
Sports Links Central.com are not mutually exclusive as all worthy
sites are subject to inclusion of one or more categories. Site
submitters are encouraged to deem any all categories that are relevant
for their respective site. These suggestions will be taken into
account, but category placement is at the sole discretion of the staff
of
Sports Links Central.com.

- The lack of a category on
Sports Links Central.com does not bar the inclusion of a worthy
Web site. In addition to the category of Miscellaneous Links,
the content and scope of the categories of
Sports Links Central.com are in a constant state of change and
updates and new categories are often added to the directory.

- The growing market sector of extreme/adventure
sports and related marketing or management agencies, publications,
competitions, or athletes will not currently be included on
Sports Links Central.com. Our staff lacks expertise in this
area, but we are looking down the road at possible expansion in this
area.

- Professional wrestling and similar activities
fall under the category of sports entertainment and are not legitimate
competitive contests. Sites related to these activities will not be
included on
Sports Links Central.com.

- Quasi-sports competitions, such as lumberjack and
strongest man competitions and monster truck ralleys, while may involve
athletic ability and be similar in form or function to included
activities, will by and large be omitted from inclusion on
Sports Links Central.com. The inclusion of these activities
and related Web sites is at the sole discretion of the staff of
Sports Links Central.com.

- We do not currently accept any sports book or otherwise sports
gambling sites. While we understand that many of these are
legitimate enterprises, there are also countless amateurish and
fly-by-night sports book operations currently running on the
Internet. While the management of
Sports Links Central.com
casts no ill will towards the practice of online sports gambling, we do not currently have the staff to
investigate and discern legitimate operations and their unworthy imitators.

- Sites that make excessive use of
pop-up or pop-under advertisements will not be included as they are quite
to bothersome to the users of
Sports Links Central.com.

Any sites that have direct links to pornographic or otherwise
offensive Web sites, will not be eligible for inclusion in
Sports Links Central.com. The definition of "pornographic" and
"offensive" are at the sole discretion of the staff of
Sports Links Central.com. Sites that have been accepted and
alter their design to reflect such links will subsequently be removed
from the
Sports Links Central.com directory.

- Any site that at any time after its acceptance
into the
Sports Links Central.com directory alters its design or content and
violates one of the provisions above or fails to meet other standards
and qualifications will subsequently be removed from
Sports Links Central.com.

- The ultimate discretion of the inclusion of
any site and the site's subsequent category placement is at the behest of
the staff of
Sports Links Central.com.
Sports Links Central.com
reserves the right to amend the qualifications and standards for linked
sites or bar the inclusion of any site for reasons which it sees fit.
